Tall Antique Lady Headvase Relpo K1402 MINT
This girl is the classic Lady Head Vase epitomizing the long ago time when ladies wore their hats and pearls to go up town for a day of shopping or sharing lunch with friends. I just love the soft pink hues of her hat and lightly draped dress. The hat has a scalloped edge and is lightly embossed with a flower motife. Her dress features a beautiful faux green jewel pin with a gold bezel. She also wears a matching green jewel ring on her hand which she is holidng up gently towards her face. She's wearing the original faux pearl earrings and necklace to further enhance the sophistocation of her style. Bright blue eyes, gently coiffed chestnut hair, blushed cheeks and vivid red lips enhance her soft ivory complexion. She is 7" tall, displays beautifully and is in MINT condition. On very close inspection, one pupil may have been retouched, but I really cannot tell. She is shown on page 63 Collecting Headvases, and on page 57 Head Vases by Numbers.
